This photo is taken at a camp site at Scarisbrick near Southport. My bike is in the foreground, the blue 250 Kawasaki in the background belonged to a guy called John Savage he's the one on the left. It was crashed into a wall by the plonker on the right Mick Cramner, John and me had gone into Southport on my bike, Mick and John's brother Brian didn't want to come. When we got back hours later the police were waiting, Mick who should not have been riding in the first place. Decided to meet us in Southport, he lost control on a bend and took the front end off the Kawasaki.
Needless to say that cut the weekend short, we loaded up and came home leaving the other two in hospital.
Just unloading the bike after the fatefull camping trip. We left the guy who crashed the bike, back in Southport in hospital.
