Stu and I took off for a few days on the bikes in October, Stu's GSX600 F and my R80 ST. We headed east through the Peak District and joined the M1 at J36, then headed north. Up the M1, A1/A1(M)to J58 then followed the A68 to Jedburgh where we stayed. The idea was to tour the Borders and Northumberland, before heading back south via Hadrians Wall and the M6.
Just crossing the border into Scotland. It had poured down going over the Pennines but once we headed north, the weather just kept getting better.
